A valid file must be in the following format:

• A csv file (not tsv)

• Must include the following columns:

  • tcra - Amino acid TCRα sequence.
  • tcrb - Amino acid TCRβ sequence.
  • va - Vα-gene of the TCR.
  • vb - Vβ--gene of the TCR.
  • ja - Jα-gene of the TCR.
  • jb - Jβ--gene of the TCR.
  • t_cell_type - Either CD4 or CD8.
  • mhc - the HLA you want to check the binding of the TCR to.
• You may leave empty columns or cells if you don’t have the information.
  The only exceptions are the tcrb and mhc columns. They must be full.
